PURCHASE:

- Provide Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- Provide two pieces of Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, SIN Card, Credit Card etc.)
- Provide Status Certificate (if condominium)
- Do You Want Assignment of Your Agreement?
- Inform us about your spousal status.
- Please advise us if you a first time home buyer?
- Provide our information to Mortgage Broker or Institution.
- Further documents may be required.
- Fire Insurance Binder
- Deposit your down pay into our Trust Account five working days before closing date.
SALE:
-
- Provide Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Commission Statement, waiver and status certificate if applicable.
- Provide two pieces of Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, SIN Card etc.)
- Provide mortgage statement as soon as possible.
- Make sure all taxes and utilities are paid.
- Survey if available.
- One set of Keys of the property
- Further documents may be required.
MORTGAGE/REFINANCE:

- Provide two pieces of Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, SIN Card etc.)
- Provide our information to Mortgage Broker or Institution.
- Statement of current mortgage.
- Further documents may be required.
PRIVATE MORTGAGES:

- Provide two pieces of Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, SIN Card, and Articles of Incorporation etc.)
- Before we accept any retainer we need to go through the lender instructions and due diligence.
- Further documents may be required.
