Selling a Property:
When selling a residential property, your lawyer is responsible for preparing the legal documentation required to transfer title to the purchaser and for addressing mortgages, liens, adjustments, and other matters affecting the property.
Sahib Law can assist with the legal aspects of your sale, including preparation of closing documents, responding to the purchaser's lawyer, obtaining mortgage discharge information, calculating adjustments, completing the transfer of title, paying out mortgages and other authorized amounts from the sale proceeds, and accounting to you for the balance of the proceeds.
